Founded in Amsterdam in 2009 the ZOE KARSSEN collections can best be described as a healthy injection of easy to wear tongue in cheek graphics for the cool girls in town, giving the look that every girl wants to achieve “ the I just threw this on and look great " with any outfit.
Over the past year ZOE KARSSEN has quickly developed into a well respected brand, with over 60 retail points in 9 countries worldwide. Continuing to expand, the brand has gained attention from commendable stores like L'Eclaireur in Paris, Liberty's, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Matches in London and ASOS.com and NET-A-PORTER.com all will stock ZOE KARSSEN.
Originally, they wanted to make cool graphic tees for themselves. Zoe, and her partner Quince Karssen, took over this mission by reinterpreting and modernizing graphics for tees, simplicity was the key, mixing thèmes & references from rock and roll to fashion, famous icons to quotes from vintage books and with a distinct emphasis on popular culture.
The brand launched its successful web store in the summer of 2009 as an extension of the popular blog and offline stores.
