VOGUE magazine will launch a new edition in the Netherlands next year, edited by the current editor of Dutch Glamour, Karin Swerink. "Holland is a thriving market in the heart of Western Europe with a growing hunger for luxury. It is natural for Vogue," said Jonathan Newhouse, Chairman of Condé Nast International. Published by Dutch division of printing firm Gruner & Jahr, the magazine will be the 19th edition of Vogue worldwide. "We are pleased to bring to market the world's pre-eminent fashion magazine for the Dutch audience," said Condé Nast New Markets President Carol Cornuau. "Working with our publishing partners Gruner & Jahr, the success of Glamour has proven our shared dedication to quality and editorial excellence is well received, and we look forward to building on this further for the sophisticated readership Vogue reaches."
