On Wednesday, 14th of July Iris van Herpen showed her Spring/Summer 2011 collection ‘ Crystallization’ during the AIFW openings soiree. With ten looks the designer presented a preview of her total SS11 collection, which will be shown during London Fashion Week in September. The theme ‘Crystallization’ revolves around the transformation from water to crystal. This process of liquid chaos transforming to a solid structure inspired the designer.
